At RBVH, we value the veterinarian / client / patient relationship and aim to enhance that relationship by making it easy and cost-effective for you to purchase your pet's prescriptions from the hospital you already trust with your pet's health.
When you place an order, it is reviewed by a veterinarian on staff, compared against your pet's medical record, and approved if the doctor thinks it is appropriate. All prescriptions become a permanent part of your pet’s medical record.
Many prescriptions require that your pet be monitored at various intervals during their use. If we find that your pet needs to be evaluated by a doctor before a prescription can be refilled, we will notify you immediately.
Because of the relationships we have with the drug companies who supply prescription medications, you can be assured of their quality and safety. The manufacturers stand behind their products when they are used as directed and purchased from a licensed veterinarian, a guarantee that other well-know drug warehouses cannot provide.
All products are shipped via UPS from our hospital located in Tinton Falls, NJ. Packages are sent out one business day after the order is received. Deliveries usually take 1-3 days. Shipping is FREE for prescription drug orders over $45, otherwise a $4.75 shipping fee will be added.
